Our salad leaf are selected from varieties to provide interesting and tasty babyleaf salads which are ideal for home growing.
Supplied as a tray of 20 mixed XL Plug Plants, these can be planted out in a sunny spot, but avoid excessive heat as this can slow growth.
You can harvest the whole plant by cutting approx 1" above soil level or, simply snip off the leaves you require and the plant will keep on growing - "cut n come again"

Expected despatch from March
- Can be planted out once all risk of frost has passed
- Harvest with scissors 1 inch above soil line when plants are 4 to 6 inches high or pick leaves from outside. Varieties will grow back.
- In dry weather, keep soil moist and also during germination.
- Grows best in cooler, partially shaded spots, so avoid heat traps and prolonged direct sun.
